Thursdays at 11:30am Mom and Me Academy hosts coffee & connect meetups that are free to drop in. We’re offering something a little different for pregnant mammas… A combination of prenatal yoga with Tender Hearts Toolbox and therapy-led group support by Taylor Dass Counselling. The Wiggle Room will be providing some extra comforts like food, beverages, and wellness experiences. Pre-register before we begin May 7th.
Our mom & baby yoga on Fridays at 1pm has a few drop-in spots available. Check Tender Hearts Toolbox’s stories on Instagram for drop-in spots for that offering.

We’re hosting a one-morning workshop with Coach Ashlyn that breaks down what your body actually needs in a way that makes sense for real life. Learn real-life tips for strength, mobility, and energy but explained simply, with a few laughs along the way. It’s designed for busy women, any age or stage, who want to feel stronger without adding more to their plate.
Sip & Style by The Dime YQL: a night where you don’t have to figure out childcare or rearrange your whole evening just to get out the door. You can bring your kid, learn a few simple hair skills, have something to sip, and just exist in a space that’s set up for both of you.

Style kits provided for home use! Enjoy a drink OR a mocktail as well as snacks while you practice styling your own kiddos hair.
We will be there with The Wiggle Room, sponsoring some Wiggle Water (wink wink) and adding a little extra softness to the room so it feels easy to walk into and easy to stay.
