This week’s wiggle rundown…
Tuesday
Join our Executive Board at Tuesdays Together. Held on the third Tuesday of every month, T.T. is a simple evening to connect with other business owners, leaders, and dreamers. Good conversation, good people, and a reason to get out that doesn’t feel like a whole production. This month’s gathering is at Analog Books at 7:00pm.
Wednesday
The Helen Schuler Nature Centre is always an easy YES.
Join us for Coulee Cleanup’s annual launch on Earth Day (Wednesday April 22) at 10am until 12pm. This made-in-Lethbridge conservation program is designed to preserve and protect Lethbridge’s river valley environment by removing garbage and debris from natural areas.
Our wild neighbours, including plants, mammals, birds, insects, fish, reptiles and amphibians, depend on a healthy ecosystem for their survival. You can do your part to help keep our city clean by registering for Coulee Cleanup and picking up litter left behind in natural spaces!
Afterwards, join us for
Wiggle Work Window
LSCO Diner / Atrium
1:00–3:30pm
A softer version of a workday. Settle in, get a few things done, and let your kids exist nearby without needing everything to be perfectly structured. Playpen provided, but feel free to bring your own comfort & play items and make yourself at home.

Thursday
Free Coffee Club Drop-In
LSCO Room C/D
9:30–11:00am
Coffee and light snacks are on us. Come for five minutes or stay the whole time. This one is about showing up exactly as you are. We have a private classroom for kids to play in uninhibited.

Friday
Tender Hearts Toolbox: Mom & Baby Yoga Session #1
1:00–2:00pm
A gentle, supportive space to move and reset with your baby nearby. This is part of a series, so pre-registration is required.

Little tools for big hearts 💗
Sneak peek of a monthly newsletter from Tender Hearts Toolbox
Need a movement break? Try this tool: Go on a mini animal adventure with your little ones! Crawl like a bear, hop like a bunny, or stretch tall like a giraffe. What sounds might you hear? Are there other animals you can explore?

If you make it out to even one thing this week, that’s a win!
Wiggle Room Approved ✔️ (Easy Earth Day Edition)
If you need something that feels like a plan without actually being a whole plan:
Go for a walk.
Bring snacks.
Let them stop at every rock, stick, and puddle.
That’s it. That’s the activity. How often do you rush through walks to get to the destination? Enjoy the journey this Earth Day.
If You Want to Do a Little More…
Join us for The City of Lethbridge’s fourth annual Earth Day Community Cleanup on Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., at Legacy Park.

The Wiggle Room has Adopted A Park! Stay tuned for a park cleaning & celebration event.
Lethbridge Public Library is celebrating Earth Day, too. This important day raises awareness about taking action to care for and protect the environments around us. Perhaps, their library collection will inspire you to live a more sustainable lifestyle.
DIY Backyard (or Balcony) Planting
Not an official event, but honestly one of the easiest wins.
A couple dollar-store pots, some soil, a few seeds, and you’ve got a full activity.
Bonus: they’ll check on it every single day and watch something special grow, just like them!

Rooted in Whimsy is a cozy, hands-on evening designed for you to slow down and make something just for yourself.
You’ll create your own miniature fairy garden using a laser-cut kit, complete with all supplies and a small plant for your fairy house. It’s simple, creative, and surprisingly grounding, even if you don’t consider yourself “crafty.”
We’ll have light food and drinks, soft conversation, and a space that feels calm, welcoming, and a little bit magical. Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way, you’ll leave with something beautiful and a little more filled up than when you arrived.

Tip: This workshop is included in our Rooted Reset packages
