Welcome to The Weekly Wiggle 🌱
brought to you by The Wiggle Room

We’re in that in-between stretch where winter is mostly behind us, but you’re still packing extra layers, and hoping you didn’t put your boots away too early.

We’ve got a few easy ways to make this week feel a little lighter & brighter, no matter what stage of family-building you’re at.

Let’s get into it.

Tiny Brain Teaser 🧠

“Which one does not belong?”
🍎 Apple
🍌 Banana
🥕 Carrot
🍇 Grapes

Let them answer first, then ask why. There’s more than one right way to think about it, which makes it fun.

One possible answer at the bottom.

5 Minute Wiggle Break 💛

Need a quick reset? Try this:

“Freeze Dance with a Twist”
Turn on a song and dance like crazy… but when the music stops:

👉 Freeze AND strike a silly pose
👉 Next round, freeze like a statue (no laughing allowed 😅)
👉 Next round, freeze on one foot

Keep switching up the “freeze rule” each time.

It burns energy fast, works for all ages, and you can do it literally anywhere.

Wiggle Room Approved ✔️
Spaces with wiggle room for families in Lethbridge

We love highlighting local spots that make it easy to get out of the house with your kids and actually enjoy it. And Lethbridge’s own Grammie's Little Bakery is one of them.

We’ve been here for many coffee meetups here with moms and babies, and every time it’s felt genuinely welcoming.

Here’s what stood out:

✔️ A clean, accessible changing table
✔️ Space to bring in a small playpen
✔️ Staff who are kind, patient, and happy to have little ones around
✔️ A relaxed atmosphere where baby noise isn’t a problem
✔️ Many food and beverage options, notably allergen-friendly options

These are simple things, but they make a big difference. If you’re looking for a spot to meet a friend, join a group, or just get out of the house with your baby, this is a really lovely option downtown.

They also just launched their new website, so it’s a great time to check them out and support local.

Know a space that makes kids feel welcome? Hit reply and tell us. We’re always looking to share more.
