The Wiggle Room Family & Community Society is currently preparing to open a new indoor play and family hub in Lethbridge.

What We're Building
When The Wiggle Room opens, families can expect:
Indoor play space designed for ages 0–6
Themed play rooms designed for imaginative play for all ages
youth-focused media & esports lounge
Birthday parties and rentals
Caregiver meetups
Pop-up professional services, classes, and vendors
Workshops with local professionals
A café-style space for parents to sit and connect
Our goal is simple: a place where kids can move and parents can recharge.

Wiggle-at-Home Activity (2 minutes)
When toddlers get the zoomies, try this quick game:
The Wiggle Freeze Game
1️⃣ Turn on a song
2️⃣ Everyone wiggles like crazy
3️⃣ Pause the music randomly
4️⃣ Everyone must freeze like a statue
Kids love trying to catch adults moving.
Bonus challenge: Freeze like different animals (flamingo, mouse)

Free Storytime Programs
The libraries in Lethbridge run weekly programs for babies and toddlers that include songs, stories, and an opportunity for simple play time.
They’re free and a great way to get out of the house.
Thing Happening Nearby 🎧
If you haven’t seen him online yet, Lenny Pearce is bringing his family rave show to Calgary.
His shows are basically:
🎧 DJ set
🫧 bubbles and lights
🕺 dance party for little kids and parents
He went viral for creating “Toddler Raves” aka. daytime dance parties designed for families instead of nightclubs.
It’s chaotic in the best possible way. If you have a little human who loves music, it could be a fun trip. Tickets are expected to sell out!
